Shipping: All orders normally ship within 1 business day. We currently ship UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and Ground. Online orders can only ship to the contiguous 48 states. Shipping charges are only an estimate. Data Sales reserves the right to adjust charges accordingly. Local pick-up is available. Data Sales OnLine Return Policy: Items purchased from Data Sales through our on-line ordering system, may be returned, with the following guidelines: RMA ALL items must first have an RMA issued before the return. Any item returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please email web@datasalesonline.com and request the RMA form, or call 952-895-3351 to request one. 14 Day Return Period Refunds are available for 14 days, after the item is received. The product must be received back at Data Sales with in 30 days, after it was received. Any items not returned within this window are not available for a refund. Good items returned, as not needed, will be refunded, less a 20% restocking fee, and the original shipping fee. Missing or Damaged Product Fee A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals. Damaged or Defective Items If you return a defective or damaged item, we will make every effort to replace it. If a replacement is not available, you will receive a credit. Missing Product Fees may apply. Personal Data Please remove all personal data from any returned products. Data Sales OnLine is not responsible for personal data. RMA Request RMA requests will processed Monday through Friday, 8-5 Central time. RMA requests may be emailed to web@datasalesonline.com, or you may call 952-895-3351 to request one be faxed to you. The RMA form must accompany the return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Note: All refused or otherwise undeliverable shipments returned to Data Sales OnLine are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
